RAM and cpu usage.

    this might be a noobish question. But it gpu usage is mainly based on the graphics card. And RAM being a active memory, is CPU usage dependable mainly on RAM? Like obviously the processor takes a role too.
    But is there much of a difference between 8 gigs of RAM to 32 gigs of RAM on CPU usage?
