Let's say I've got a monster that looks like a centaur and has 6 more tails. If I use the ragdoll, then most likely, the physics does not work properly. Is there a special ragdoll asset, supporting hard/monster models?

When you actually create the human ragdoll in unity, it just ads components to the models (if you're using the wizard).

You can manually create a ragdoll like that (human or not). You add rigidbody, joints and colliders to your model parts. But you will have to write the limits yourself for the way you want it to behave.
