Resolved R16_SFLOAT texture format

    There is now a huge difference between R16_SFLOAT texture format between 2020.3.x and 2021.3.x
    The precision loss cant even be compensated by using a R32_SFLOAT or anything else.
    This change, for me is a BUG, not a feature.

    Oh never mind, it appears the terrains pixel error value was reset to a higher value when upgrading the project from 2020 to 2021.
    Behaviour is smiliar now.
