Quick question about the Unity UI

So I know not too long ago, Unity showed off their new editor UI design. As far as I was aware, this UI hasn't been released yet, but I've noticed when looking at screenshots that some users post in the forums here, their editor does appear to be using the new UI.

I'm just wondering if it's only available on a specific version currently (perhaps an alpha or beta version?)
I'm using 2019.1.4 and still have the old/current UI. Just want to make sure this is correct.

 

Do you mean the "UIElements" ?
They are editor only and already released.
