Question : UI Two column snap scroll issue

Hello, I'm stuck while working on UI of my app. I want to make scrollable menu. My worktable attached.

The things i need to solve :

- I cant make two column scroll (as i show img)
- I cant add snap point to good scroll experience
- I'm using tools (shown as 2.pic) which is not help me to achieve good scroll experience.

I'm looking for suggestions. I watched some tuts but these are not worked for me and I lost myself while some scripting guide . Anyway i want to learn thank you for your time!
