    Just wanted to ask some questions.

    1. If you open any subforum here you will find a lot of threads with 0 answers.
    Don't you think you should made automatic system that feeds those to people at unity , so that hundreds of people with actually hard problems would get help?

    2. Why Unity staff never answers Unity Answers? Is there a taboo?

    I have so many issues here and there and i feel discouraged to ask anything because in 80% of the cases i will just waste time typing without anyone ever responding to the problem, don't you think you have to fix this issue?
    You have so much money you could invest part of it into optimizing the support here and finally start using Unity Answers where the amount of questions with zero answers in ridiculous.

    The answer to the question is:
    @BoredMormon

    Thanks @zombiegorilla for clarifying this!

    Just use stack overflow instead, I always get an answer there

    But its not a solution, i want my favorite engine to be of high quality! I want these forums to be a good support platform, i want unity team to take responsibility for their flock, and not just dump so that we have to solve all the problems ourselves. I don't find it fair. I think a lot can be improved if you just start doing it.

    Which issues are you experiencing? Why do you feel discouraged to ask?

    People just don't have the technical knowledge to answer questions most of the time, and questions get asked that are boring and the same thing over and over... like Transform.LookAt() on one axis has to be up there as one of the most popular, see that one about once a month.

    The VR forum is the worst as every one posts about Cardboard SDK, Oculus SDK, SteamVR, OpenVR, OSVR, Native Integration and so on and it's just horrible, I've not seen a single interesting post in that whole subforum!

    You can always pay for premium support.

    Otherwise its relying on volunteers from the community. There is only so much time and technical ability available.

    Staff does help and provide answers on occasion. But this is a community forum, intended for the community to support one another and works quite well. If you need support beyond that, as pointed out, there is premium support which is very effective.
