    Hello,

    Does anyone know what software built this app and it's gui menu?

    I'm fairly (but not completely) certain that was written in Unity.

    Joe what about those yellow pins and menu?

    The yellow pins are just models — instantiate a prefab and stick it where you want. And the menu looks like ordinary UI to me.

    I'm not certain what this app was written in, but I'm quite certain that you could write it in Unity. Nothing about it looks tricky to me.

    Nothing fancy there. You could even build that with the legacy GUI. I wouldn't reccomend legacy.

    The current UI system makes something like this trivial.
