Question on Unity asset store

I notice that everytime I need something from the asset store, I can only download and import them into my project. Would there be any chance in the future where we can download the tools to our computer, then add the tools from our computer? I'm asking so in case any mistakes are made on the current project, we don't have to login to the asset store again.
