When I was making new scenes for my game, my game for some reason started and stuck to the second scene in my game, not the first scene? Help?

The first scene is the first scene in the build order. Reorder it to the first position and it will load first.

if you're referring to running in the editor you can
    - switch to the scene you want to start on
    - write a global script which always throws you to the scene you wish

Unity by default will run the current scene because it is for testing/quick checks. Usually you do not want to start your game from the beginning every time you hit the start button.

In the built game, the very first (0 index) scene will be loaded first.
