Question about URP

Im' game designer.

I making pixel idle game, but asset store has many VFX with URP system.

some maded URP based, or some assets can support URP.

Is this needed for every developer?

If it is essential, like TMP, I suggest my developer,

but way too much for my game,

i don choose to apply URP.

I want to know what this is.
