Question Question about account issues/support response time

    I hope this is an alright place to post this- recently I changed phone numbers and lost access to my trusted 2FA phone number. As such, I cannot receive the necessary code to get into my account (I had to make a new account to even post this). I am unable to find a way to get into my account otherwise and contacted Unity Support for help but have not heard back in over a week. Does anybody know how long it usually takes to receive support, or of alternatives to change my 2FA number?

    As of roughly a week ago (last time I contacted support about something) the "received your message" thing said the waiting period for a response to account-related issues was currently about 2 weeks, and asset store related issues about 2 months. In other words, don't hold your breath just yet :p ..but I can also say from previous interaction with support that once your submission has been responded to, subsequent responses [for new messages in the same ticket] are much faster - in my experience usually within a day or two.
