i think the QA computer must be RTX2080TI,so they can not repeat any Performance issues,
I think it is very unprofessional to use such a test machine

why i knows? because i report a bug mail, i saw the QA recode a video to me,
I was most surprised the video show me the unbeliveable speed computer,
my RTX1080+i7 9700k was like a turtle to him, is titanX or rtx2080+i9?

    my project in 2018 fps is 120+,when i upgrade 2019.1.2.3 b1b2b3b4b5b6b7b8b9b10b11b12,
    it never over 80

if you want check out a Performance issues, please use rtx1060+i3
because when fps 9ms ->50ms ,you can feel it very clear
    but you use rtx2080ti?, ok
the fps 9ms->12ms,you can not feel anything ok?

Why would the machine they use matter? I don't really imagine that QA would look at something and say, "eh, seems fast enough to me," and close the issue.

Using FPS as your metric isn't really valid. Did you profile the issue, and show specific time spent on certain operations in the profiler? Even so, you should be specific about the performance issue, citing which operation is problematic. Explain what specifically is slow, ideally showing a comparison between Unity versions.

    Hello,

The machines we use to reproduce and test reported issues vary in performance quite a lot. If there's any suspicion that your reported issue is hardware-dependant, we do make sure to test it out with the same hardware as reported, or as close to it as possible. Chances are that the feedback you received from us regarding your performance issues stems from something else other than used hardware. I hope this clears things up!
