I don't what to contribute because I'm fairly new to game development. But I show QA https://open.codecks.io/unity-open-.../14k-test-accessibility-for-colorblind-people and it's crazy cause I am red-green colorblind lol. So hoping I can contribute to that by telling everyone my input at least. But I hope to learn a lot.
I love seeing colourblind mode options in games but I've never benefited from it. I'm very colourblind and have trouble with just about every colour when it starts blending together. I have no idea what type of colourblindness that is but most game's have the type's name but I struggle with all of them. An easy approach would be: Get each type of colourblind person that wishes to help. They make post processing, colour grading adjustments, etc. profiles. (whatever ends up being required) Then you just program a selector for each profiles/settings/etc to adjust the current post processing so it wouldn't interfere with the current art style choices.
