So I am just looking to see what kind of low polly assets people are looking for these days preferable art packages so just let me know what you want and we can take it from there thank you everyone for your responses.

Practical scripting assets, mostly? The model section of the asset store is super saturated.

Probably not. You'd probably have better luck financially doing contract work for modelling.

 

I'd look at the store and try to figure out what is missing that you expect people want.

 

any suggestions best place to find contract work is there a site people post things they are looking for?

 

Obvious one ... good black characters, especially with natural hair, that aren't repainted white character, that have proper spec map, and proper variation of skin colors on themselves (ie NO don't push red on them at terminator), especially cute black girl, in ALL style and settings ...

 

Yes u should try contract work for modelling...You will have definitely have better luck atleast financially in that way atleast

I remember some time last year, some indie devs were looking for, collections of realistic, or close to realistic looking fighter plane models. These will be kinda hard to make though.

 

Unrealistic to expect to make a living selling content if you don't already have reputation, following, etc. Work for a studio first. Check out the polycount wiki for information about freelancing and getting work as 3d artist.
