Push notifications in Firebase do not reach iOS device

I'm trying to make a push notification using Firebase, but the notification doesn't arrive on my iOS device.
We have created and registered an APNs certificate with Firebase.
APNs authentication key is not registered.

    The environment is
    Unity: 2018.4.22f1

    Firebase SDK
    Firebase App (Core) Ver7.10
    Firebase Authentication Ver7.10
    Firebase Cloud Messaging Ver7.10
    Google Analytics for Firebase Ver7.10

    Is installed.

    The terminal is
    iPad (7th generation)
    iOS 14.4
    Will be.

    When building with X-code
    Add Push Notifications
Add Background Modes and check Remote notifications
    We are setting up.

I am also using the source code that was able to push notifications before.
I can't receive the notification and I don't know the cause.

I would appreciate it if you could point out any basic settings or mistakes in the implementation method.
I look forward to working with you.

When you run the application, are you able to receive a firebase token on the device? Or are you getting nothing at all?
