Purchase Error

    I have pruchase a asset, my account visa lost money, but it get this error:
    The system failed to process this order, please try again later.

    Please contact our support team by email at support@unity3d.com to tell us about your issue. Please provide the following information below by copy and pasting into your email. Thank you and we’re sorry this happened to you.
    Can you help me check this?

    Omg, my money has return my acc, the Unity Store reject my Order? Why? I wanna buy some models.

    That's standard practice when an order fails to process correctly.

    It's most likely the store itself. It's kinda hit and miss at times. If you're on the new store you may want to try the old store instead and vice versa. There should be an option on the new store to switch back at the upper-right area of the screen and the new store can be reached via a banner. Some people have success with one but not the other.

    I purchase again and still get this problem. :(
    But now some diff. My acc lost 34,90$ before, now lost 45,37$???? What wrong? I purchase same asset.

    If it is a Visa Gift Card, they are no longer accepted to prevent terrorism (this is a decision by Visa, Mastercard, etc. not Unity). In order for it too work you would have to buy a Visa Gift Card issued in Amsterdam (or where ever Unity is located).

    Basically you cannot use gift card for international purchases anymore. I had the same problem some years back and went to Visa website and found that in 2012 they no longer allow international purchases with their gift cards in order to combat terrorism.

    With much easier and safer options for terrorists to move money around, such as crypto currencies, this policy seems silly at best.
