Resolved Pull objects with physic (Like little nightmares)

    Hi there,
    Recently I want to make a game like little nightmares. I want to make a pull mechanism just like little nightmares.

    I dont really understand how to use physic in that case. I have tried using hinge joint, fixed joint, spring joint, but none of them works well. I already have a character with rigidbody and controller attached to it.

    In my mind, its like connecting objects to a character with joint at certain position, and then apply force at point where joint is, so its gonna move but also rotating the objects just like real world should be. But dont know how to do it in Unity.

    Any idea how to do it ??

    I'm not experience with joints but i think they would be the best option for that case. You definately should watch some tutorial about joints and it's not really a complicated theme. For the animation i can advise using unity Rigging module(specifically Two bone IK Constraint)
    Also i think such pull mechanic can be achieved without joints in case you want to use Character Controller. Just make the pulled object look at player and follow them.

    Yes you are right... I finally make it without joints, instead just manually scripting them...
