Publishing your app on play store

Hi All,

I am new at publishing games on play store and app store.
My games normally focus on kids and I am having hard time to approve my game from google because of Designed for family policy I am facing some issues and would like to get some assistance in publishing my games.
Currently my app got rejected from google because of following reasons. (Image references attached)

Also on unity dashboard I am trying to enable designed for families but I dont find any option to do so.
I have set my age restriction to show ads suitable for 5+ years old users.


Kindly guide me on how to solve these issues.
