Question Publisher Payouts: Excessive delay problem this moth Payouts

As title addressed to Publisher payouts:
Payments for those who use PayPal are released every 15th of the month, but not this month, it's the 21st today and still not payouts to received.
Or contacted unity assistance who replied: that the banks may have been late in disbursing payments.
Is anyone, like me, having problems with late payment for Publishers this month?

Many of you have already confirmed to me that you also have the same problem, or you have opened this article to talk to more people about this problem that occurred this month, in this way also other Publishers can understand that the problem is not individual but general, and is only due by a problem of slow disbursement of payments.
It is the first time that so many days have been skipped so to make payments with today it is 7 days, the payment date was due on the 15th month.

 

Looks as if this is a long standing problem and it is 3/4 July
