Published game in Play store without inserting gameID, will I get revenue?

    I have finished my first game in unity and added the unity ads. The ads were working fine as I followed a tutorial. Now the game is fine too and ads are working well too.
    Later when I saw other tutorials on adding unity ads plus the official page instructions, many of the guides used Advertisement.initialize and put their game ID there which I did not.
    Will there be any problem regarding my revenue for that?
    I later wanted to update the game adding the gameID. But pardon my lack of knowledge I copied the game a few times and built it a few time where I changed the Keystroke of the game. Now If I try to use the old keystroke the .apk wont built. If I use new keystroke to build, the .apk is not accepted as an update of my release.

    So can you help me knowing if I gonna get any revenue at al?

    Hi,

    Thanks for bringing this up!

    If you're seeing ads - you should be getting revenue as well. Did you integrate Ads through the services window in Unity? If so - your ads are initialising automatically and using the game IDs associated for that project.

    Ow! great. Thanks for the reply. Most probably I can't update my game anymore so its a relief.
