PS4 Title for Microsoft Challenge

Hi.
I'm one of the developers in La Cosa Entertainment.
We released in January of 2016 our first title for PS4 called Klaus. The title got great reviews as you can see in this trailer

The game also has a solid 76 in metacritic http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-4/klaus

We read about the Microsoft challenge and we were wondering if a PS4 title can enter in the challenge.
We have a XBOX ONE devkit but we're struggling in order to make the port happening (mainly because the controllers) and this would be a good chance for us in order to finish and promote the game in order to reach a bigger audience.
