    Hello,

I now have the PSM unity working and I am buying a PS Vita for real device test.
Shall I buy PS Vita slim or PS Vita?
Which one is working with Unity PSM?

    Edit
    -----
Is there special accessories that I shall buy?
What is the recommended PS Vita memory card that I shall buy?

    Thanks for advance.

I'll just say, if you only want to test your apps...the 4gig is fine

But if you want to download games too....16 or 32gig is a must.
*example Uncharted is too big by itself for the 4gig card.

Slim is nicer to hold so why not treat yourself?

    Thank you bocs and hippocoder.
Now I get that I can develop on both the slim and older version.
I will not be downloading games, but from my understanding, depending on the size of the game I am developing I shall get memory card to be able to hold the psdp file.
    Thank you very much.

Go for the 8gb card at least, if your going to be developing lots of games they will add up eventually, and then you may even want to buy/download them like i did, to see and play the official versions from the Strore :)
As for ps vita hardware, either will do, the cheapest you can find at the time will likely be best option if your not planning on having it to play.
The PSDP files are quite small, like Android (if you develop for that) but the versions you download from the Store are about double that size.
So my 22mb psdp from building and testing on the vita (development file size), is 46mb according to the store (official submitted version).
Hope some of that helps ^_^

Edit: It does not double psdp size, it adds on 20-25 mb for runtime executables (read below)

It doesn't double the size the publishing - it's a fixed cost of about 20-25MB for the runtime executables.

Ah okay, that perfectly matches up with the extra 20-25mb my game had ;)

Hey! Get the original PS Vita! It has an OLED screen that is gorgeous. You've never seen colors as vibrant as that on a handheld. The Slim only has an LCD screen, which is nice but it's no OLED. I purposely bought an original before the slim was released just to get an OLED screen before they stopped manufacturing them. I'm not saying the slim is bad but if you really want to treat yourself then go for the original. If you don't want to buy a memory card (the 4GB isn't too cheap, price difference between vita and slim make up for it) then you can get the slim but honestly I can't stress enough how amazing the screen is.
