Question Project's properties panel doesn't open in Visual Studio

    Hello, I am having a problem with Visual Studio and Unity. The thing is when I open the scripts with the IDE and try to visualize the project's properties panel for configuring the compile options, nothing happens. I try again to reproduce the issue creating an Application C# Project and it works, so I am afraid that can be how Unity generate the solution. If I am wrong please correct me. Someone knows about that?

    I try with other versions of Unity (2020.X, 2019.X, 2018.X) and with Visual Studio Community and Professional (2019, 2017) but it didn't work.

    Version Unity: 2018.4.29f1
    Version Visual Studio Community: 15.9.29
