I've ran into an issue with bloom post processing. No matter what I reduce those projector lights and also arround my character simply overglow, it's supposed to be a tiny circle about 1/10 of that size. I was hoping there were some form of layer mask in the post processing editor but I've not anything helpful yet.
I'd be interested also. I haven't found a neat way to do this sort of thing. The trouble with filtering with layers is that since Bloom is a post-processing effect, it draws on the entire frame. I don't think there is any way for it to know what objects are on what layer at that point, unless you render the layer with a separate camera after the bloom has been applied.
I just got rid of the bloom and added in lighting effects to give some bloom look to the scene. Not to keen on adding a work around for such a small perk. Thanks for the reply
