Feature Request Project Settings / Visual Scripting - No confirmation for the feature '' Reset to Defaults''?

Hi,

The feature mentioned in the title has a big impact since you loose all the node types you have added in the project.
Once, I pressed it by mistake. I had to add all the node types and I couldn't remember all of them. It was painful.

Unless I am missing something, It seems to me that it would require a confirmation message in a dialogue box with a ''Yes/No''. Especially because of how the UI is designed:

when you just add a bunch of assemblies but hit reset to default instead of regenerate nodes.
