Question Project not opening when using a different network

Hi,

I'm an animator and use Unity for my work, using a pro license. on a laptop. with Win11
but when I work from home I can't seem to open any unity projects from my work,
not even new projects. this was not the case in the past.

So me and my colleagues where confused on why and can't seem to figure out why,
but I recently found out that I can only open the project when I'm opening it at the office.
so I believe that it has something to do with a setting in unity about what network its allowed to be used on or because of a firewall setting.

I tried opening the project without an active fire wall to test this theory but was still not able to open the project all unity hub does is give me a loading icon for a while but nothing happening.
Me and my colleagues don't know how to solve this problem.

right now I need to open the Unity project at the office and keep it open as long as i'm working from home

any Idea why this could be? or how to change this setting?
