Bug Project is never created Unity Hub 3.2.0 [HELP]

Hello I'm new here hope this is the correct place to post my issue.
I downloaded Unity Hub 3.2.0 and tried to make a new 2D Project but for some reason it tells me "Project failed to open" and send me to the logs while at the same time I check the folder where the file should be created and there's nothing in there (I double check the routes and they are correct) which means they should be getting created in that PATH however nothing shows up.

I will attach a clean INFO-LOG from starting Unity Hub to try and create and access a new project.
