Question Project fixed timesteps and Environment/Agent steps.

    I've adjusted the fixed timestep of my project from .02 to .01 in an effort to better register collisions.
    Will adjusting timestep of a project affect steps? I'm assuming halving the timestep would require doubling agent steps but I wanted to confirm.
