Bug Project crashes on Startup after Bluescreen

So somehow Unity managed to cause another Bluescreen on my high end PC.
Last time this happend, one of my Scene-Files was just set to null which was completely irrepairable.

This time I can't open up the Project anymore, but have no idea what might be causing the error. I could reset the Project to a state from 2 days ago, but that would still suck. The logs sadly don't help me at all, maybe someone else can guess what's wrong?

This is what happens:
Click the projekt to open it in Unity Hub (Version 2022.1.7f1). It loads for a few seconds, then closes at "Initialize Data Assets".

Sadly deleting the Library Folder didn't do anything. Any other project and an older version of the Project can be opened without any problems

The Load on GPU/CPU/Memory was below 30% each, no other visible programs openend besides Firefox. Both times the Bluescreen happened the exact moment of clicking a (different) Sprite in the editor.
GPU drivers were just updated today around an hour before the crash. Might have something to do with it, but it worked fine for an hour and the other Bluescreen happened a month before.

Edit:
The specified crash directory in the log (C:/Users/Flo/AppData/Local/Temp/Unity/Editor/Crashes) is completely empty.

 

I just reverted all the the files that were changed today in my project and only lost minimal work. I can now start the project again (after also re-initializing the library of course), so this topic is done for me, but still no idea what actually happened.
