Question Project cant create?

so first off just know i might not respond for a while but when i go to create a project it says project cant create. i tried relocating it but it wont work. this is sorta a bad intro to unity for my since i have decided i wanted to learn how to make games but you cant really make games when you cant create a project. its the unity 3.1.1 and im on a hp laptop if that helps!
