Progrids: 2D & UI

    Hey - Long time Progrids user. Love the asset, glad it comes standard in Unity now.
    Wondering if there are plans to support Unity UI with pro-grids? I've had it in my previous projects, but the snapping capability didn't affect UI elements. I presume that it doesn't affect 2D elements either (though I could be wrong, of course).

    Any chance to add that kind of functionality to Progrids?

    Hi! Nothing specifically planned, but the idea is to make "Grids" a standard/vanilla part of Unity so that should probably include grids elsewhere (UI Canvas, 2D). :)

    That would be great! Unity UI would benefit so much from a smart layout system, like that in Photoshop. It already has some foundation tech, but it would be great to see elements auto space themselves based on placement of other elements in the vicinity.
