Progressive lightmapper

    There seems to be a big difference in quality between CPU and GPU light-map baking. These are two bakes on same mesh with same settings in Unity 2018.3.1 Lightweight render. I tried to toss more ray samples in to the scene but the GPU based bake is always splotchy where CPU one is much more sharp and clean.
