Progressive lighmapper - low quality in dark areas

    Hi!

    I am baking light in interior scene and I am getting very low sampling quality in GPU lightmapper - Unity 2018.3.f10. Anywone knows how te get rid of these artifacts? Basically - whenever there is a surface close to another surface (corner, dark inside of shelf, etc.) this happens:

    Ok, probably it is due to bad material smoothness, decreasing it fixed some errors, I will investigate further.

    How long did it bake?

    On CPU a few minutes on GPU (1080) less than a minute.

    It looks like an issue with backfacing geometry. Have a look at the texel validity scene view to verify.
