Looking For Contributor Programmer Looking for Team

I'm looking for a few serious partners to work on a game project. I'm 28 years old and I have over a decade of experience using Unity. In my professional career I build APIs, websites and databases. I am looking for 18+ old artists/programmers who have at least intermediate skills and can dedicate a minimum of 5-10 hours a week to a project. We can work out an initial game concept once we understand everyone's skillets and interests.
