    I find this interesting. Node based moduluar particle system in UE:

    Parameters are exposed with nodes and can be changed.

    Unity is getting something similar, oh yes :) Though I wasnt at GDC myself so had to glean limited info from twitter!

    This is right up my street, and I love this sort of thing so much that I am likely to try both the Unity and UE4 offerings in this space, though Unity is my true love, in great part due to excellent (and relatively easy) compute shader support.

    That's so cool. It says summer preview. So, that 2018.2.
