Bug Profiler's 'Enter IP' Button Crashes Unity - 2022.2.9

    I've created an incident report for this: CASE IN-34402

    When I open the Editor (2022.2.9), click the 'Play Mode' drop down and then select '<Enter IP>', I get an instant hard crash as the little dialogue box opens. This happens in the game project I'm working on and in an empty project, and I've tested it in 2022.2.5, where it also crashes. Happens 100% of the time, very easy to reproduce.

    2021.3.8 seems fine though. Has there been a regression in this feature since then?

    I need to connect to a console devkit on the network, but this is preventing me.

    Hi @Matt-Cranktrain! Sorry to hear about that - it should be fixed in 2022.2.10. If you need a workaround before then, you could use 2023.1 to set the IP, then close and go back to your main project - the address is saved across Unity versions in the Windows registry.
