As some have noticed, data is currently taking longer than usual to update on the dashboard. We recently discovered a bug that caused an issue with our processing system, and prevented data from being properly processed. We have resolved the bug and processing has resumed. No data has been lost, and should start appearing on the dashboards again within the day. We know how important a strong and reliable system is and we are constantly striving to improve our dashboard, infrastructure, and processing times. We very much appreciate your patience and use of Unity Analytics.
Can you let us know when you think it should be caught up? I'm currently still missing any data from the 19th and the analytics site is saying it's not updated in 9 hours. Thanks!
Hi @Aurigan, The particular bug mentioned in the above post was resolved when that post was made (or near then) and took about a day to catch up.
