Bug Procedural mesh with 32bit index appears differently in DX11 and Vulkan

    Hi,

    I am creating a batched mesh using 32bit indexing and while the mesh appears fine in editor and build in DX11, it has some extra erroneous lines in Vulkan, DX12 or OpenGLES3.

    I attached a few images showing the mesh with the line and without it for reference.

    I am not 100% sure using 32bit indexing is related to the issue, but i have only seen it in this case so far.

    Is this a known bug or limitation ?

    I have also disabled all mesh optimizations in Player settings and still get the issue.
