ProBuilder wrong selection (mirrored on X axis?!?)

    As said in the title, ProBuilder decided today it's a good day to start messing up with the group selection.
    So now whenever I try to group-select vertices/edges/faces on a mesh it just selects other ones, based on a mirrored version of the rectangle selection I just made (see pics).
    Any idea why that might be?

    This is so crazy, can't believe I'm the only one here with this problem :/

    @wyattt_ I saw you answering to several threads in here, would you have any input on this bug? Cause I basically just installed probuilder and it gives me this problem :S

    Hi! :) Hmm, I remember this bug popping up in older versions, never could get a solid repro ... could you double check and let me know what version of ProBuilder and Unity you have? Thanks!!

    If you have the very latest ProBuilder already - you can fast-track a fix by reporting a bug (Help > Report a Bug). That really does get to us ASAP, and then we get these daily slack reminders "X bug is Y days old!", etc. Just be sure to include really clear steps and version info, that's a big help of course.

    I wish I could, but i can't reproduce it in a clean project :/
    Same unity version, same settings for ProBuilder and PolyBrush, the clean one works and the other one doesn't. Are there any settings I can reset to default somewhere?
    It's crazy cause even removing both plugins completely and deleting their settings files and then reinstalling it still doesn't work :/

    EDIT: it seems that setting the DragRectMode to Complete does the trick, but if I set it back to Intersect it doesn't work anymore still :S

    Oh! I remember now! :D

    If you reset your ProBuilder prefs, it should fix this:

    1. Open "Edit > Preferences", select "ProBuilder"
    2. Click the gear icon in the upper right
    3. Choose "Reset"

    Sadly, yes this will (as it sounds) reset your prefs for ProBuilder.

    I see, where does the bug come from though, do you have any clue on how it gets triggered?
