On occasion, when returning to my scene from play mode, shadows cast on ProBuilder-textured objects become solid black/gray (instead of looking like a shadow). When this occurs, the solid shadows sometimes persist as I go into play mode again. I can sometimes get the shadows to return to normal by moving around in the scene or deleting an object from. Any ideas what might be causing this?

    I'm using Unity 2018.1.0f2 and ProBuilder 3.0.9.

After more searching, I found that the behavior I'm seeing seems to be caused by having Baked Global Illumination enabled in my project. The bigger my scene was getting, the longer the baking was taking. This setting can be found in Window > Lighting > Settings > Mixed Lighting. Why this setting is enabled by default, I don't really understand.
