[Probuilder]/ How to select group faces by block?

I want to give the mushroom in the pic below about 2 textures，the head and the body. But I dont know how to select them respectively. Maybe I could select these faces just by one by one ,but I think that will be Inefficient，


Is there some good way to do this ?

By the way,is there some new tutorial Courses ,hypothesisly,like indicating the usage of those bars .I know those function will defintely help and defintely necessary,but cannot understand them.... thank you very much.

 

I know in some Unity-Plugins,mouse box selection could be used for Mulitiple selection, is there a similar way in Pro-builder?
