I'm having a problem with applying textures to blender (.blend) models in Unity 5. As you can see, I've applied a material with the texture "scratched-metal", but instead of showing scratched metal on the model, it shows a grey color similar to the texture, but not the real texture. I've tried changing the tiling, trying different textures, every single option I could think of in the materials menu but still nothing seems to work.

I'm new to Unity so any reply would be very helpful.

    Thanks,

I agree with Dantus. Do the UV Unwrap and it will work like charm. I believe it's always good to unwrap uv for your models, at least I always do that on mine.
