Hi @ all! I'm pretty new to character animation in unity and i'm having a problem which i can't solve - even after a long google search. I've got a character setup in Maya (very very simple): When I import this with an animation in Unity, the mesh gets completely deformed: I don't know what I am doing wrong... Tested different settings of the skinned mesh renderer but without any success. Anyone an Idea? Thanks!!
Check that the import "Scale Factor" is the same in the model and animation (if they are separate files). That could be it.
