Problems with paying subscription Unity3D Pro

    Good day, I can not add a credit card number to pay for the license Unity3D, what should I do, I just do not see a field for entering a credit card number. Since I have 2 days will be deleted subscription Unity3D Pro. What to do?

    Administration is a mockery, I have now subscribed Unity Pro due to non-payment, but I can not pay for a reason - there is no field for water credit card, letter sent Saporta, answer no.

    Could you please check again your subscription details on https://store.unity3d.com/account/users/profile/edit (My Account - Billing Details) and on the right side, you should be able to change the credit card information. On the left side you should see your Name and Adress information. If you can not see it, please try additional browsers to exclude a browser issue. Also ensure that you are logged in with the correct user! If you still find no solution, please contact the Unity Support on support@unity3d.com

    Thank you for your response to technical support service sent 3 emails with screenshots, I tried to go to the payment from the PC, Mac Book, iPad Air, iPad 2. Browsers Google Chrome, Internet Exporer, Safari. Graphs where data is written to a credit card is not present!

    So, if you enter your details into that forum, and click the Update billing information button, what happens?

    Guys, this is not serious, a support silent Unity requests to activate a new license, I can not work, the development goes stop. Maybe even someone to say something. Or time to go to the UDK? :(


    I tried again to buy a subscription Unity, after selecting a platform, I requested a bank card, I entered and tried again to make a purchase: Please wait while we process your payment.

    P/S May have the opportunity to pay for a subscription PayPal?

    Any solution to this problem? Or need to start a new account?

    No, the subscription service requires a credit card. I've asked someone from my support team to take a closer look into your problem.

    Sorry for the delay, but on weekends everything is delayed a little bit. There have been applied some fixes to the Online Store today which hopefully solve your problems, could you please sign in again in the Online Store and check into My Account and update the settings again?
