problems with image effects on pc

    hello!
    we are working on a project that will run standalone on a pc. the pc is pretty fast and has an ati HD3870 X2 graphics card.

    unfortunately the card is not able to display image effects like motion blur and contrast stretch.

    is this a common problem? does anybody have a suggestion for a "better" or more suitable graphics card for unity?
