Question Problems of ML agents using soldiers

    I'm making a game where agent ml is on a mission to buy soldiers and attack with them. how to make it so that he does not attack with 1 soldier, but accumulates them and uses an army of soldiers when necessary. Currently there are only rewards for winning and losing. since my agents compete with each other
