Question Problem with Visual Studio

Hi, i am a beginner in both programming and unity, i am learning unity from online beginner course. I'm following lesson 1.2 but in my script the hints don't appear when I write keywords like Vector3 or tansform.Translate, they aren't even highlighted, while in the tutorial they help to better understand the script. I don't know what the problem could be, if I did something wrong during the installation or if I didn't install some necessary component.
