Question Problem with unity hub and license

    3 years ago (2018), I installed Unity for the first time and activated the license. Everything worked fine. After a while, I uninstalled Unity.
    Now some 2 months ago, I reinstalled Unity but I had some problems when I activated the new license I kept popping up the error "machine identification is invalid for current license" and "failed to save license file". Additionally, the license activation date was set to 2018 and I couldn't return it.
    And the biggest problem is that I can't open files from Unity Hub, the loading screen appears for a few seconds and then disappears. In the task manager, unity quits unexpectedly.
    I tried reinstalling, removing Unity files from C drive but still nothing works.

    Anyone know what could be the cause and what can I do?

    It still doesn't works. I tried both options and nothing happened. I'm still getting error "machine identification is invalid for current license" and "failed to save license file".

    Just to be on the same page - this is Personal license, correct?
    Could you please:

    1. Remove your license file (C:\ProgramData\Unity\Unity_lic.ulf)
    2. Reactivate new Personal license
    3.Send me the logs, so I can take a closer look:

    Editor.log (c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Unity\Editor\Editor.log)
    Hub log (c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\UnityHub\logs\)
