Problem with modular building?

    I think that there is a problem with the modular building that was uploaded to the Asset Store a few days ago. I think that the building package was created using Unity 3D Pro and may use Unity 3D Pro features. I tried to load it into Unity 3D Indie but I got a few error messages and a few missing faces.
