Question Problem with IronSource ads

    Hi,

    We have an app that has gone live on the Apple App Store. The ads all work in test mode but as soon as we have switched them to live ads (and linked the app key from the dashboard) they no longer work. Can someone help us with this please?

    In Test Mode, you will always receive an ad when you try to load one. This allows you to test your ad integration.

    Once you are in production mode, the ads will be delivered via an auction system, so they will not be guaranteed. The availability of ads will vary based on region, device, and the general advertising market. It can also take some time for our system to gather enough impressions to provide consistent revenue for a new application.

    If you do not see any impressions in your dashboard after a few days, please open a support ticket and we can investigate further.

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    I am confused as we have also posted the app on the Google Play Store and ads are working normally on there and they worked almost instantly.
